Magi'sAV eBay Store - eCommerce

I've ran an eCommerce business using primarily eBay for over seven years for a family member. We work off of Facebook Marketplace, 5 Miles, Poshmark, ibotta, and of course eBay while using Facebook and Instagram to engage with our clients. The store currently has an excellent rating of 98.9% (562 Reviews) which is possible by communicating effectively and with transparency with our clients. I manage listings from the SEO, paid promos, Photoshop picture enhancements, client tickets, shipping logisitics, and copyrighting in both English and Spanish. We've seen an average of 13% YoY growth for the past 3 years and a conversion rate of 2.3%.

Red Plum WP Marketing Research Campaign

Tasked with analyzing the market space within the website building industry and recommending key insights we found was eye opening and engaging. Working with a team of five, the professor, and the owner we delivered solid suggestions to better optimize the customer journey, SEO, troubleshooting, etc.

Under His True Light Google Campaign

This project was meant to better optimize her landing page, however we decided to take that to the next level and overhauling her current Google campaigns. After a close analysis and keyword research we added various negative exact/phrase and phrase match keywords to increase traffic, but reduce bounces at the same time. We also requested spam backlinks to be removed. Overall, her SEO score improved from a poor score of 21 to a moderate score of 53 and an exponential increase in clicks (43%) and impressions (57%) after implementing the new Google Ad campaign.
